Yayzi’s Parent Company Launches New Broadband Provider ‘Nufibre’ in the UK

The owners of Yayzi Broadband are reportedly setting up a new ISP called nufibre, expected to debut within a month, focusing on FTTP broadband services across various UK networks.

The current owners of internet provider Yayzi Broadband are in the process of launching a new broadband provider named nufibre, with an anticipated launch date in approximately one month. Nufibre is expected to offer FTTP broadband packages through multiple network operators including Openreach, Netomnia, Trooli, Freedom Fibre, MS3, and CityFibre.

Speculation about Yayzi’s future intensified earlier this year following leadership changes and issues with their availability checker system. Notably, it has been impossible for new customers in CityFibre areas to place orders for some time, and the checker results for other networks have been inconsistent.

Interestingly, reports emerged that Yayzi’s CEO, Martin Gardner, had also helped establish nufibre in May 2025. The new company is registered in London, contrasting with Yayzi’s registration in Blackpool, Lancashire. Gardner explained that nufibre is a separate entity with new partners, focusing on selling Layer 3 products, with an official announcement expected soon.

Despite its separate registration, nufibre’s website currently promotes broadband packages similar in pricing to Yayzi, although Gardner clarified that the site is still a work in progress, with many aspects such as packages, coverage, and equipment still subject to change as commercial agreements are finalized.

The situation raises questions about Yayzi’s future; however, Gardner stated that they are developing a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to address shortcomings in the current system. This upgrade aims to enable Yayzi to start accepting new customers again in the very near future, potentially within this month, although the rollout has been delayed from the original plan to resume service by June.
