Connexion continues its innovation streak with the launch of SmartBiz, a fully managed Wi-Fi solution designed specifically for small businesses in Fort Collins.

Fort Collins’s local provider, Connexion, has announced its latest product, SmartBiz, a comprehensive Wi-Fi service aimed at enhancing connectivity for small enterprises. This new solution offers secure, high-speed internet, customer engagement tools, and robust network protection, all managed through an easy-to-use app.

SmartBiz enables business owners to set up separate Wi-Fi networks for staff, customers, and point-of-sale systems with just a few clicks. The Connexion SmartBiz app allows users to monitor network activity, activate security features, and provide a branded guest WiFi experience that maintains professionalism. Additionally, the system supports both wired and wireless devices and includes an optional mobile backup feature that ensures continuous connectivity during disruptions.

Chad Crager, Executive Director of Fort Collins Connexion, emphasized the importance of this launch: “SmartBiz is part of our ongoing commitment to deliver innovative, community-driven solutions that make it easier for local businesses to grow. We’ve streamlined complex technology into a simple, secure, fully managed service supported by local experts,” he said.

Available starting summer 2025, SmartBiz aims to empower Fort Collins’s small businesses by providing enterprise-grade internet without the high costs or complexity often associated with such services.
